Self-care is a term that is banded about a lot now and has come to be more associated with treating yourself rather than learning how to cope at difficult times.
Running in an election is an amazing experience, but it can also be a time of high stress and vulnerability for candidates and campaign teams.
This session takes a look at how practicing self care is a continual process rather than a one-time treat.
