It’s a no from me

It’s hard to get balance in your life when you’re keeping everyone else happy. Whether you’re working too hard at your job or picking up the slack at home, putting other people’s needs first often means ours come last. Whether it’s our physical, social or emotional needs that bear the brunt the outcome is inevitable. We stop being OK. ​

We’ll explore what gets in the way of us putting ourselves first (at a macro and micro level), what boundaries really look like and how to get there plus your own boundary gap analysis and your next best step to bridge it

Achieving mindfulness through writing

In the session we’ll practice using writing techniques to use our creativity and utilise it as a mindfulness activity. You don’t need to have any writing experience or consider yourself particularly creative, it’s all about clearing your mind and connecting the pen to paper.
