Who are we?

Jo’s students’ union background is in participation and communication. She was an elected sabbatical officer and has worked with many elected officer teams as a staff member.

Steve’s students’ union background is in membership services (particularly advice and representation) and officer support. He has worked as a senior students’ union manager and is an independent trainer, coach and accredited workplace mediator.

What does our programme involve?

We’ll match you with one of us based on your needs and role. Together we’ll agree how and when to chat – in person (depending on location), over the phone or via video chat.

We advise a programme of 6 sessions in total – five sessions with a review session a month after the programme ends – but can be flexible to accommodate your goals. Typically, we recommend fortnightly sessions for coaching and monthly sessions for mentoring but again, we can tailor the programme around your needs.

A standard programme costs £350 per person. We can offer a discount when signing up two or more people from the same organisation at the same time – perfect for elected officer teams. In-person sessions may have an additional charge depending on location.
